After further processing, the final products can not only be wires and cables, magnetic conductor, enameled wire, but also can be used in others electronic products, such as telecommunications products, etc. Low investment, quick running of the production line, quick return of the capital investment is main feature of this line.
2. Technology process
Electrolytic copper plate by the hanging body transported to the melting furnace bake-according to the up-casting speed to determine feeding speed, the copper plate add to copper melting furnace melt into copper liquid(in this case need to charcoal cover, off oxygen and isolate oxygen-copper liquid enter into transition module(At this time still need to cover the charcoal, off oxygen and isolate oxygen further) -copper liquid enter into holding furnace- copper liquid into crystallize crystal copper rod-copper rod into traction up-casting-copper rod enter into output frame- copper rod enter into sub-line stand(so copper rod will not entwined each other) -copper rod into tension frame(control take up speed) -copper rod into take up machine coiler.
3. Units technical parameters

Basic principle for the unit:
The electrolytic copper will be melted into liquid in induction furnace by units. It's insulated with air by covering surface charcoal or graphite flake (avoid copper liquid Oxidation) to keep the copper liquid temperature 1150degrees± 10degrees from holding furnace. Copper liquid fast crystallize in crystallization for continuous producing copper rod by casting machine. Finally, it's had plated into product by double take-up machines or other auxiliary equipment.
Our company summed up the running situation of up-casting machine by manufacturing around the country. The main drawback is that there is the situation of poor crystalline after use a long time. We carried out a special designed according these situation.
1)The transmission of the traction drive use expansion sleeve seamless connection, ensure the each instruction of PLC program accurately in place.
2)Made some special changes in the PLC control program, improve the crystal quality of copper rod.
3)The furnace made a reasonable improvement, let the copper liquid more stable, ensure the good crystal.
