1. Brief introduction
Aluminum rod continuous casting and rolling line can produce three kinds of conductive aluminum rods of 15mm, 12mm, 9.5mm.
15mm aluminum rod is produced by 10 rolling stands;
12mm aluminum rod is produced by 12 rolling stands;
9.5mm aluminum rod is produced by 14 rolling stands.
2. Process Flow
2.1 Aluminum ingot and scrap aluminum wire-alumInum melting furnace --four-wheel horizontal continuous casting machine- oil-pressure shearer -continuous rolling mill - coiler with dual basket - aluminum rod
2.2. Melt aluminum or melt aluminum molten which is stored in the holding furnace will be injected to four-wheel continuous casting machine through launders. The sectional area of trapezoidal casting ingot is2, 330mm² , Scrap aluminum bar is cut by oil-pressure shearer and then acceptable aluminum bars are sent to continuous rolling mill, after emulsion bag, guiding wheel, leading pipe and take-up coiler, the rod will become looping.
